The delivery address can be changed after submitting the order through customer service (before the shipment moves to the customer from the final delivery point).
Delivery time within Greater Cairo (from 3 to 5 working days), delivery time to Lower Egypt (7 working days), delivery time to Upper Egypt (10 working days), all times do not include holidays and official holidays.
The customer will be contacted by phone (or) via WhatsApp by a company representative to confirm the shipment of the item.

In case of prepayment by credit card, you may be asked to provide a valid proof of identity upon delivery of the shipment, provided that the name on the ID matches the name on the shipment.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery location, shipment weight, and number of items. You can view the cost when adding products to the shopping cart and before completing the order.
In the event of a request for faster delivery of the shipment, additional fees will be imposed and will be notified to the customer during the order confirmation process with the customer service department.
We have the right to cancel your order in the following cases:
Failure to pay the purchase price when due.
Your failure to provide us with the information required to deliver the products to you within the time period we specify.
You fail to allow us within a reasonable time to deliver the Products to you or you fail to take delivery of them.
In case of out of stock.
If our delivery of the product is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this, and we will take steps to minimize the consequences of the delay in delivery, by making a discount on the shipping costs as the company sees fit, until the shipping costs are fully deducted.
The products become your property and responsibility once we have delivered them to you at the delivery address and you have paid for them in full.
An electronic invoice will be issued and sent to the customer via email.
In the event that a shipment is requested to be returned before it has left the final delivery point, the full price of the shipment will be refunded, in addition to shipping costs.
The company has the right to cancel the purchase order in the event of procrastination or postponement of receipt (for more than 3 delivery attempts), and the value of the product will be refunded in the event of advance payment using the same payment method.
The company has the right to postpone the delivery of the shipment in the event that the customer does not respond to the company representative’s call (for more than 3 call attempts).
In the event that the customer is unable to make the coordinated delivery, a new delivery date will be set after the customer contacts the customer service department.
